Banquet Server

About the Role

Banquet Server for events at the Los Angeles Equestrian Center (LAEC) in Burbank. Reports to the Director of Food and Beverage. Pay: $22/hr.

What You'll Do

• Report for work in proper uniform at the scheduled time
• Follow event instructions given by the Food & Beverage Manager and/or Banquet Captain
• Assist with collecting banquet equipment including flatware, china, glassware, and serving pieces
• Assist with preparing garnishes, beverages, condiments, and breads
• Set up tables with place settings as instructed
• Attend pre-function meeting for event briefing
• Provide friendly and courteous customer service throughout the event
• Remain at assigned station and perform duties as assigned
• Break down tables and banquet equipment after each event
• Clean and return serving pieces to proper storage
• Follow service standards, procedures, and grooming guidelines

LAEC is a 75-acre property in Griffith Park hosting equestrian and special events, managed by Legends Global / ASM Global.
