About the Role

Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store.

What You'll Do

• Role model established customer experience practices
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change back
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor
• Participate in store recovery and cleanliness throughout the day
• Support shrink reduction goals and safety awareness

Who We're Looking For

• Excellent customer service skills
• Flexible schedule to support business needs
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and lift heavy objects with or without accommodation
• Retail customer experience preferred

Pay & Benefits

• Starting pay: $16.90–$17.40/hr
