About the Role
Under general supervision of the CCFA Program Director, the Assistant Director is responsible for strategic initiatives and program outcomes across CCRC's Child Care Financial Assistance (CCFA) departments, including directly and indirectly supervising management and staff, and ensuring fiscal and management oversight across all offices and locations in Los Angeles County and San Bernardino County.
What You'll Do
- Program Oversight & Leadership (35%) — supervise Program Managers, coaching and staff development
- Departmental Operations and Compliance (35%) — oversee CCFA departments (Case Management, Enrollments, Stage 1, Bridge, Provider Payments, Provider Liaison, Customer Service Center, etc.), ensure regulatory compliance
- Community Partnerships and Engagement (20%) — build partnerships with county departments, schools, and CBOs
- Compliance Oversight (10%) — maintain knowledge of contract and legislative requirements
