About The Role
Glendale Community College is building a pool of temporary Accompanists to support music courses, rehearsals, juries, and performances.
Responsibilities
- Accompany vocal and instrumental students during lessons, rehearsals, and juries
- Sight-read and learn repertoire quickly and accurately
- Collaborate with music faculty and students to support performance goals
- Attend scheduled rehearsals and performance events as assigned
Qualifications
- Strong piano accompaniment skills required
- Ability to sight-read a wide range of repertoire
- Experience accompanying vocal or instrumental students preferred
