What You'll Do
- Design, launch, and run the Transformation Management Office as the enterprise hub for transformation work
- Align and prioritize HR/People & Culture initiatives, setting cadence, decision rights, and escalation paths
- Turn strategic priorities into workplans with owners, milestones, and dependencies
- Lead governance forums and executive decision support
- Drive organizational adoption of new operating models and AI-enabled ways of working
- Build and lead a high-performing TMO team
Requirements
- Proven leadership of large-scale, AI-powered enterprise transformations in complex, matrixed organizations
- Experience partnering with senior executives across HR, Workforce Technology, Finance, and business teams
