About the role
Hands-on early-leadership role rotating through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities. Acts as Manager on Duty (MOD) when senior leaders are off-site.
What you'll do
- Lead daily park operations and serve as MOD when needed
- Coach and supervise team members across all departments
- Drive membership and program sales from the floor
- Oversee parties and events from booking through completion
- Manage F&B inventory, health/safety standards, and facilities cleanliness
- Complete shift opening, closing, and safety compliance procedures
Requirements
- 18 years or older
- 2+ years in guest-facing operations or retail/F&B, with prior supervisory experience
- Background in amusement, recreation, or entertainment a plus
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Able to lift 20 lbs and work in a high-energy environment
Pay & benefits
