Task Associate

Overview

Ulta Beauty is hiring a part-time Task Associate to support store operations and ensure the sales floor is stocked, organized, and guest-ready at all times. This behind-the-scenes role is essential to Ulta's store performance.

What You'll Do

• Stock and replenish merchandise on the sales floor from backroom inventory
• Execute merchandise resets, planogram changes, and seasonal floor updates
• Manage backroom organization, receiving, and inventory processes
• Process and price incoming shipments accurately
• Support store operations including markdowns and replenishment tasks
• Collaborate with store team to ensure a clean, shoppable guest environment

Requirements

• Prior retail stocking, receiving, or operations experience preferred
• Comfortable with physical tasks: lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and efficient
• Able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Strong team-player attitude

Compensation

• $17.00–$25.00/hr
