What you'll do

• Direct and supervise Admitting and Communications department operations and staff
• Oversee patient registration for inpatients, outpatients, and emergency room patients
• Manage switchboard operations, emergency paging, and physician answering service
• Ensure complete, accurate patient billing and insurance verification
• Monitor, supervise, and evaluate departmental staff activities
• Coordinate with nursing, financial services, and ancillary departments

Requirements

• Prior patient access or healthcare admissions supervisory experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of registration, insurance verification, and billing processes
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
