About the Role

Full-time Supervisor, Community Health at Providence St. Joseph Medical Center in Burbank, CA. 8-hour, variable shifts.

Responsible for the overall implementation of the Wilmington LSN program — ensuring Scope of Work objectives, activities, and deliverables are achieved. Responsible for capacity building and leadership development within the Best Start Wilmington partnership. Facilitates meetings and acts as a liaison to community partners, stakeholders, and the Regional Support Network.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3 years supervisory experience
• Experience cultivating relationships with civic leaders, business community, and faith-based representatives
• Extensive experience with community-driven, grassroots initiatives requiring collaboration and partnership
• Experience facilitating community meetings, resident councils, or parent committees
• Experience managing resident capacity building or leadership development training
• Familiarity with the Wilmington community or similar communities
• Familiarity with First 5 LA community-based projects
• Experience in contract compliance and reporting
• Driving may be required

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree
• Experience implementing and managing community projects
