Store Merchandising Lead

About the role

Store Merchandising Lead at Kohl's. Leads the execution of merchandise presentation standards across the store, coaches associates, and ensures the store is visually compelling for customers.

What you'll do

• Lead and execute merchandise sets, resets, and transitions per planogram
• Coach and develop associates on visual merchandising standards
• Partner with the store manager to prioritize and plan daily merchandise work
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually consistent sales floor
• Assist with freight processing and merchandise placement

Requirements

• Retail leadership or merchandising experience preferred
• Strong attention to visual detail and store standards
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move fixtures
• Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends

Pay & benefits

$20–$31.40/hr. Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) with Kohl's match.
