JD Finish Line is hiring Assistant Store Managers and Supervisors at JD Sports in Glendale Galleria. Management team members lead daily operations, inspire a high-performance team, and drive exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Do

• Recruit, train, and develop a motivated team
• Create exceptional shopping experiences through high standards of customer service
• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management
• Oversee daily operations: inventory management, visual merchandising, store maintenance
• Manage budgets, control expenses, analyze sales data
• Implement local marketing initiatives and build community relationships

Requirements

• Proven retail management experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Open availability including mornings, days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• High School Diploma/GED; 2+ years retail leadership experience preferred

Pay & Benefits

Assistant Manager: $19.38–$22.50/hr + bonus opportunities. Supervisor: $20.47/hr. Full-time: Medical, Dental, Vision, sick leave, parental leave, paid time off, 401(k).
