About the Role

JD Finish Line is hiring Assistant Store Managers and Supervisors at the Finish Line at Macy's in Glendale Galleria. Management team members lead daily operations, inspire a high-performance team, and drive exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Do

• Recruit, train, and develop a motivated team
• Create exceptional shopping experiences for customers
• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management
• Oversee daily operations: inventory management, visual merchandising, store maintenance
• Manage budgets, control expenses, and analyze sales data
• Implement local marketing initiatives

Requirements

• Proven retail management or leadership experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Open availability including mornings, days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• High School Diploma/GED; 2+ years retail leadership experience preferred

Pay & Benefits

Assistant Manager: $19.31–$21.00/hr + bonus. Supervisor: $18.97–$19.97/hr. Full-time: Medical, Dental, Vision, sick leave, parental leave, paid time off, 401(k).
