Store Management — Finish Line at Burbank Town Center

About the Role

JD Finish Line is hiring Assistant Store Managers and Supervisors at the Finish Line at Macy's in Burbank Town Center. Management team members are responsible for daily operations, team leadership, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Do

• Recruit, train, and develop a motivated team; provide ongoing performance feedback
• Create an exceptional shopping experience for customers
• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management and promotional strategies
• Oversee inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
• Manage store budgets, control expenses, and analyze sales data
• Implement local marketing initiatives and build community relationships

Requirements

• Proven experience as Retail Store Manager or similar leadership role
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions
• Open availability including mornings, days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must speak, read, and write English clearly; reliable transportation required
• High School Diploma/GED; 2+ years retail leadership experience preferred

Schedule

Assistant Manager: minimum 5 days/week, avg 44 hrs. Supervisor: minimum 5 days/week, minimum 30 hrs.

Pay & Benefits

Assistant Manager: $19.31–$21.00/hr + bonus opportunities. Supervisor: $18.97–$19.97/hr. Full-time: Medical, Dental, Vision, sick leave, parental leave, company-paid time off, 401(k).
