About the Role

As a member of Management (Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor), you're the heartbeat of the store — managing daily operations, inspiring the team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Do

• Recruit, train, and develop a motivated team; provide ongoing feedback and coaching
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management and promotions
• Oversee inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
• Manage store budgets, control expenses, and analyze sales data
• Implement local marketing initiatives and build community relationships

Requirements

• Proven experience as a retail store manager or similar, with a track record of hitting sales targets
• Open availability including mornings, days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Assistant Store Manager: minimum 5-day, ~44-hour work week; Supervisor: minimum 5-day, 30-hour work week
• Reliable transportation required
