About Food & Beverage at Target

The Food & Beverage team enables a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is fresh, in stock, available and accurately priced and signed on the sales floor. They are experts of operations, process and efficiency. This team leads food and food services including replenishment, inventory accuracy, food safety, presentation, pricing and promotional signing processes.

What you'll do

• Greet and help guests find what they need; end every guest transaction with a sincere thank you
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing a fresh and abundant shopping experience, prioritizing the guest's needs
• Execute food and beverage processes including food deliveries, replenishment, instocks routines, data accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing, and organizing
• Always be aware of current and future promotions within Starbucks
• Follow all Target and Starbucks routines to deliver a consistent experience for guests while completing tasks efficiently and maintaining food safety
• Support the Starbucks Drive Up process to ensure digital guest orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
• Produce hand crafted beverages and food to specifications on recipe cards
• Follow all food safety requirements, including monitoring and recording temperature sensitive food items
• Complete and record all cleaning tasks in the Starbucks space as outlined in best practices
• Complete all required training requirements and certifications related to quality control of Starbucks products
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up (OPU) and Drive-up (DU)

What we're looking for

• Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred, but not required
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment
• Ability to work both independently and with a team
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, and holidays); ability to work in refrigeration and freezer temperatures
• Ability to frequently lift or move product up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 44 pounds

• Starting at $20.00/hr
