About the Role
Within Disney's Enterprise Controllership group, the Participations Audit Department provides support and analysis to third-party auditors for the Company's contractual reporting obligations to talent across the Enterprise.
What You'll Do
- Provide audit evidence to support third-party reporting to talent
- Investigate, research and resolve issues during audit fieldwork
- Partner with business units to expedite and support audit requests
- Communicate directly with third-party auditors
- Respond to internal and external inquiries
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes
Requirements
- 3+ years of related auditing/accounting experience
- Strong understanding of accounting processes and internal controls
- Detail-oriented, able to work independently
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
Preferred
- Public-company audit experience
- CPA or CPA candidate
- Entertainment industry experience

$87,200–$106,400/yr (Glendale, CA hiring range)
