What you'll do

• Lead supplier quality engineering activities to ensure components and materials meet specifications
• Conduct supplier audits, assessments, and qualification processes
• Investigate and resolve supplier-related quality escapes and non-conformances
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams on supplier development
• Drive corrective action processes with suppliers to prevent recurrence
• Monitor supplier performance metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• 5+ years of supplier quality engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with quality management systems (ISO 9001, AS9100, or similar)
• Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of root cause analysis methodologies
• Proficiency with quality tools (FMEA, PPAP, 8D, SPC)
