Sr. Product Manager, Enterprise AI Solutions

We're looking for a product manager who embeds with engineering, product, and business teams to build and ship AI products for NBCUniversal businesses.

What You'll Do

• Identify highest-value use cases for agentic solutions with Enterprise Business Solutions teams
• Build end-to-end agentic products and solutions (multi-agent orchestration, tool use, structured reasoning)
• Co-develop agentic solutions with business teams
• Translate ambiguous business problems into well-scoped agentic product requirements
• Implement evaluation frameworks, monitoring production accuracy, and driving prompt iteration cycles

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, computer science, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in digital product development
• Proven expertise in deploying LLMs and RAG architecture (prompt engineering, tool use, agent orchestration)
• Hands-on experience with Python, Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building multi-agent systems or complex LLM orchestration pipelines
• Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar tool-use frameworks
• Technical skills — ability to build end-to-end prototypes
