About the Role
Disney's Corporate Brand team is hiring a Sr. Analyst, Data Governance to support its Customer Data Governance program — maintaining and evolving the enterprise consumer data taxonomy and catalog to ensure accuracy, quality, and regulatory compliance.
What You'll Do
- Develop, manage, and optimize the audience taxonomy and data catalog for enterprise activation and measurement
- Standardize KPIs across enterprise and business-unit initiatives
- Implement processes for approving new attributes/audience segments in line with privacy and consent requirements
- Steward metadata accuracy and compliance with Data Governance, Marketing, Analytics, and Privacy partners
- Support data quality initiatives, access reviews, and retention/suppression compliance
Requirements
- 3+ years in data governance, taxonomy/metadata management, audience data, or CRM/activation in a complex enterprise
- Hands-on experience with data catalogs and business glossaries (Alation or similar)
- Familiarity with consent gating, DNSMI, VPPA, and COPPA compliance
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Pay
$108,900–$140,900/year (Burbank, CA), plus bonus/long-term incentive eligibility
