About the Role
As a key member of the UP&E Controllership team, the Senior Financial Analyst, Accounting & Reporting is part of the Financial Reporting team responsible for accounting processes, controls, systems, and reporting across UP&E (Consumer Products, Digital Games, and Franchise Management). Reports directly to the Director, Accounting & Reporting.
What You'll Do
- Weekly cash management and reporting
- Key contributor to monthly and quarter close processes in SAP, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Oversight of Name, Voice, Likeness Talent Participant reporting for licensed IP
- Participate in management of offshore accounting resources
- Prepare monthly/quarterly reporting packages, with opportunity to present to Finance and Accounting leadership
- Partner with Virtual Workforce team on automation tools (robots, ML, AI)
- Support NBCUniversal's ERP-to-SAP S/4 Hana transformation
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or at least one exam passed
- Minimum 2 years experience in Accounting or Finance
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, financial formulas)
Schedule & Pay
- Hybrid: minimum four days per week in office
- $80,000–$95,000/yr
