What You'll Do
- Direct, manage, and operate the back of house for a high-volume restaurant
- Ensure food quality consistently meets or exceeds standards of excellence

Requirements
- Proven experience as Sous Chef or Chef de Partie in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality concept

- Ability to work with limited supervision and motivate others
- Knowledge of food cost controls and P&L management
