About the Role
As a Shift Supervisor, you're a key leader supporting the CVS Store Management team. When no manager is on-site, you lead store staff, ensure operations run smoothly, and provide excellent customer service.
What You'll Do
- Lead store staff during shifts when no manager is on-site
- Support store execution, performance, and customer service standards
- Model and coach adherence to CVS policies and procedures
- Help drive inventory, merchandising, and store cleanliness
- Build customer loyalty through positive service interactions
Pay & Benefits
