About the Role
A Shift Supervisor is a key leader supporting the CVS Store Management team — driving store execution and performance, and leading the store when no manager or Operations Supervisor is onsite (including opening/closing procedures).
What You'll Do
Management
- Work with store management and crews; assign, direct, and follow up on activities
Customer Service
- Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints; promote CVS's customer service culture
Merchandise/Presentation
- Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays and signage for weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise
Requirements
- Analytical, computer, and advanced communication/supervision skills
- Flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts
- Preferred: prior retail supervisor experience
Pay & Hours
$19.92/hour; anticipated 20 hours/week.
