Shift Supervisor

About the Role

Shift Supervisor at CVS Health, leading the store crew and ensuring smooth store operations when the Store Manager or Operations Supervisor is not on site.

What You'll Do

• Supervise store crew: assign, direct, and follow up on all activities
• Ensure store operations run smoothly including all opening and closing procedures
• Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture
• Support store management team in driving execution and building customer loyalty
• Handle all customer relations issues in accordance with company policy

Requirements

• Prior retail or customer service supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends

Pay & Benefits

$17.15–$26.15/hr (part-time)
