Service Deli Clerk

Overview

Costco Wholesale is hiring a part-time Service Deli Clerk to support the in-warehouse deli department. This role involves food preparation, member service, and maintaining high food safety standards.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and serve deli items including rotisserie chicken, hot foods, salads, and ready-to-eat products
• Assist members with deli selections and answer product questions
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the deli area
• Rotate product, check dates, and stock deli cases
• Follow all health codes and Costco food handling procedures
• Assist with setup and breakdown of deli service areas

Requirements

• Food service or deli experience preferred
• Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Comfortable working in a temperature-controlled environment (refrigerated areas)
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
