About the Role
Technology plays a critical role in bringing stories to life across The Walt Disney Studios. The Studio Technology Design team partners with filmmakers, artists, production teams, and technologists to create tools and experiences that support creative production.
What You'll Do
- Lead UX design for production tools used by Disney's filmmakers and creative teams
- Conduct user research and translate insights into intuitive product designs
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to ship impactful features
- Define and maintain design systems and patterns for internal studio applications
Requirements
- 6+ years of UX/product design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating complex, data-driven product design work
- Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools
- Experience designing for enterprise or creative/production environments preferred
