Senior Site Reliability Engineer

About the Role

ServiceTitan is looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to lead development on the Infrastructure Engineering team — an investment to make impactful, "big-hammer" changes that help ServiceTitan run better, faster, and cheaper, improving availability and performance across the ServiceTitan cloud.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, test, troubleshoot, debug, optimize, scale, and maintain software applications
• Code and automate applications on the cloud platform
• Collaborate across the company on architecture and implementation best practices
• Work with Product Engineering teams to plan and deploy product releases
• Build scalable infrastructure and shared services with Engineering leadership
• Define non-functional requirements for scalable, highly available distributed systems

Requirements

• BS or MS in Computer Science (or equivalent) with 8–10 years related experience
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, TeamCity)
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes, serverless computing, distributed messaging (Kafka, Event Hubs, SQS), and data lakehouse architectures (Snowflake, Databricks Delta)
• Administration and automation experience on Azure, AWS, or other public cloud
• Hands-on Git experience
