Costco Wholesale is looking for a Senior Hearing Aid Specialist to join the Hearing Aid Center. This full-time clinical role provides comprehensive hearing health services to Costco members while meeting state licensure and regulatory requirements.
What You'll Do
- Administer hearing evaluations and tests for members
- Fit, program, and dispense hearing aids based on individual member needs
- Counsel members on hearing health, hearing aid use, and maintenance
- Conduct follow-up appointments and hearing aid adjustments
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state licensing requirements
- Support the Hearing Aid Center's sales goals and member satisfaction metrics
Requirements
- Current state license as a Hearing Aid Specialist or Audiologist required
- Prior experience fitting and dispensing hearing aids preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a retail medical setting
- Flexible availability including weekends
