About the role

Marriott International is hiring a Night Auditor & Hotel Operations associate. Complete end-of-day activities and overnight front desk operations.

What you'll do

• Post charges to accounts, run night audit backup, and roll the date
• Process all payment types: room charges, cash, checks, debit, credit
• Process adjustment vouchers, paid-outs, correction vouchers, and miscellaneous charges
• Print contingency lists for emergency records
• Sell rooms to walk-in guests based on availability
• Operate telephone switchboard; process wake-up call requests; advise guests of messages
• Complete the Room Rate Variance Report
• Process guest check-ins, assign rooms, activate room keys
• Count and secure bank at end of shift; balance and drop receipts
