About the Role

Target is hiring Seasonal Team Members for multiple departments — Cashier/Guest Advocate, General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food & Beverage, Front of Store, Style, Tech, and Inbound/Stocking.

What You'll Do

• Help guests find what they need and ensure a great shopping experience
• Stock shelves, process shipments, and maintain a clean store
• Operate a register and handle transactions accurately
• Fulfill online orders and prepare shipments
• Work as part of a collaborative, fast-paced team

Requirements

• No prior experience required
• Ability to work a flexible seasonal schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be at least 16 years old

Pay & Benefits

• $19.25/hr
• Seasonal role with potential to become regular
