Seasonal Retail Fragrances Sales Associate

About the role

As a Seasonal Fragrance Sales Support colleague, you'll help maintain a beautifully merchandised, fully stocked fragrance department while supporting the sales team. You'll prepare products, restock displays, assist with transactions, and create magical moments for customers during the busiest time of year.

Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled to work 10-20 hours per week.

What you'll do

• Greet customers and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and prepared.
• Review sales goals and stay up to date on trends and promotions.
• Offer a warm welcome, make eye contact, and create friendly, personal conversations.
• Maintain a shoppable space by merchandising new receipts, processing damages, testers and merchandise returns, updating signs and pricing.
• Share Loyalty program benefits and end each interaction with a sincere thank-you.

Requirements

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 25 lbs.
