Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Associate

About the Role

Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving colleague (Back of House) at Macy's Burbank Town Center. Support store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure a smooth customer experience. Typically 10–20 hours per week.

What You'll Do

• Receive, organize, and process merchandise; pick, pack, and retrieve BOPIS orders
• Monitor Ready on Time alerts for Buy Online Pickup In-Store orders
• Deliver orders curbside; greet and assist customers warmly
• Maintain and recover the sales floor and stockroom
• Tag items, update signs and pricing, and restock merchandise

Who You Are

• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Able to lift at least 25 lbs., stand for extended periods, and climb ladders
• Comfortable communicating with customers and colleagues
• Reliable, punctual attendance
