Seasonal Customer Service Team Member

About the Role

Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop our Encino Michaels store, and find what they're looking for. Ensure all customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience. Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties throughout the store.

What You'll Do

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS and Ship From Store)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes
• Complete merchandise recovery and returns/go-backs
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production

What You Bring

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
• Must be at least 16 years old
• Ability to remain standing for long periods; lift heavy boxes; access high shelves

Pay & Benefits

$18.42–$21.40/hr
