About the Role

Deliver an exceptional athlete experience by helping athletes find the right products for their sport, activity, and lifestyle. As a Sales Teammate, you provide knowledge and personalized service, assist with product selection, maintain strong merchandising standards, and build connections with every athlete.

What You'll Do

• Greet all athletes, identify their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge to help athletes make confident purchasing decisions
• Drive sales through effective selling techniques and by promoting loyalty memberships, protection plans, and credit offerings
• Collaborate with teammates in a team-first environment to support store goals
• Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a passion for helping athletes

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

Pay & Benefits

Targeted pay range $16.50–$24.50/hr (varies by location and experience). DICK'S offers a generous suite of benefits, and complies with all state paid leave requirements. Offers are contingent on a satisfactory background check.
