Sales Specialist (Senior Sales Associate) at Petco, serving as a mentor and trusted partner on the sales floor while delivering expert pet care knowledge and exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do

• Deliver friendly, solution-focused service to pet parents
• Mentor and support newer associates with best practices and store standards
• Share accurate pet care, nutrition, and product knowledge
• Assist with merchandising, stocking, and inventory activities
• Support opening and closing procedures as assigned

Requirements

• Prior retail sales experience, ideally in pet care or specialty retail
• Passion for animals and helping customers
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends

Pay & Benefits

$17–$25/hr (part-time)
