About the Role

Keyes Lexus — a Top 10 Lexus dealership in the US — is hiring Sales Representatives. A high-volume store (550+ units/month) with a small, powerful team of 22 and plenty of opportunities to sell.

Pay: $48,200–$158,700/year Schedule: 5 days/week, 2 rotating days off | Dept. hours Mon–Sat 9am–9pm, Sun 10am–9pm

What You'll Do

• Guide customers through the vehicle purchase and leasing process start to finish
• Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up
• Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives
• Respond promptly to internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom guests
• Exceed sales, customer satisfaction, and dealership performance goals

What You'll Bring

• 1+ years of sales or customer service experience (automotive a plus)
• Desire to achieve personal and financial goals
• Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and digital tools
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Pay & Benefits
