Sales Representative – Bilingual Spanish

About the Role

Acquire new residential customers in assigned multi-dwelling unit (MDU) properties with 49 or fewer doors through door-to-door sales of Spectrum's connectivity services.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Drive new customer acquisition through door-to-door sales in assigned MDU properties
• Meet or exceed monthly sales performance targets and penetration goals
• Generate incremental revenue from existing customers by adding new Spectrum services
• Accurately complete all sales documentation and reporting

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
• Knowledge of cold call sales techniques and persuasive communication
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in any season

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales or related experience
• Knowledge of cable or telecommunications services

Pay & Benefits

Base salary $33,200–$66,000 + commission target starting at $45,000; top performers earn $100,000+/year. Includes free/discounted Spectrum internet, TV, and mobile.
