About the Role

Five Below part-time Sales Associates deliver outstanding customer service while driving strong sales, keeping merchandise organized and the floor well-stocked, and providing seamless checkout experiences.

What You'll Do

• Greet and assist customers promptly, handling multiple customers efficiently
• Assess customer needs, share product knowledge, and offer recommendations
• Promote store events and promotions
• Resolve customer concerns and communicate restocking/service needs to management

Requirements

• At least 16 years old
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Comfortable with or willing to learn registers and handheld/mobile devices
• Able to frequently lift merchandise up to 25 lbs and use ladders
