About the Role
As a Carter's Sales Associate, you will be the first face of the brand for growing families, helping with baby essentials, first-day-of-school prep, and all the big and little moments of the parenting journey.
What You'll Do
- Welcome customers and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits
- Resolve customer issues proactively and balance a busy retail environment
