About the Role
Per Diem RN position in the Operating Room. Delivers coordinated nursing care according to established standards of care and the nursing process, supervising assigned nursing staff and coordinating care with other disciplines.
What You'll Do
- Collect and analyze patient data to determine diagnosis and care issues
- Develop and implement care plans and interventions
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers in a safe, healing environment
- Provide health information to patients, families, and treatment team
- Participate in discharge planning
- Delegate and coordinate healthcare team duties
Requirements
- RN licensure in California: Required
- CPR/BLS certification: Required
- BSN: Preferred
- Acute care experience: Preferred
