What You'll Do
- Deliver coordinated nursing care according to established standards of care and the nursing process
- Supervise and direct the activities of assigned nursing staff
- Coordinate care with other disciplines using critical thinking and independent judgment
- Collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team in a safe, healing environment
- Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
- Acute care facility experience: Preferred
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in California: Required
- BLS certification: Required
- ACLS certification: Required
