Retail Service Specialist

About the Role

The Retail Service Specialist supports Store and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, and store operations. Assumes shift management responsibilities in the absence of the Assistant or Store Manager. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom
• Ensure telephone is answered per company policy
• Ensure buy online/ship to store and hub transfers are processed timely
• Ensure retail returns and exchanges are handled efficiently
• Ensure all merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store
• Perform all store opening/closing duties including day-end procedures

Requirements

Required:

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification

Desired:

• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge
• ASE Certification
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)

Pay & Benefits

Pay: $18.42–$25.05/hr
