About the Role
Road Runner Sports Studio City is seeking a Retail Sales Lead—your first step into leadership at the 2023 Footwear Retailer of the Year. Earn $21–$25/hr (base $21 + $4+ performance bonus) while developing future leaders and driving a WOW Customer Experience culture across the store.
What You'll Do
- Model and drive a customer-focused selling culture across all areas: WOW Experience, Fit Zone, and KPI Metrics
- Coach, train, and develop team members to achieve high performance
- Maintain store visual standards and branded experience
- Analyze business trends and take action on sales opportunities
- Execute omni-channel and customer loyalty initiatives
Requirements
- Previous retail sales experience required; leadership experience preferred
- Passion for running, fitness, and healthy active lifestyles
- Strong customer service and coaching skills
