About the role
Retail Sales Ambassador — Sportswear at Macy’s Northridge Fashion Center. Full-time. You’ll serve as the brand expert for the sportswear ready-to-wear area, driving sales through deep product knowledge and client relationships.
What you'll do
- Connect with customers and share vendor/brand product knowledge to upsell and suggest items
- Build and cultivate a repeat clientele
- Communicate customer needs and shopping patterns to leadership and the vendor community
- Execute strategic merchandising initiatives for the brand/area
Requirements
- Enthusiasm for fashion, especially sportswear and activewear
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Prior retail experience preferred
