Retail General Manager, Topanga

The Retail General Manager leads the retail sales team by example, communicating Vuori's brand values through product knowledge and an optimistic outlook.

What You'll Do

• Ensure each customer receives the best experience possible
• Lead and take ownership of the sales floor and team
• Prepare fitting rooms and provide honest feedback on style and fit
• Forge lasting customer relationships through follow-up
• Motivate the team and achieve goals in a commission environment
• Lead all shipments and inventory management
• Work with Regional Manager on sales strategy and team management

Requirements

• Available 8-hour shifts, 5 days/week (at least 1 weekend day)
• Strong leadership in punctuality and attendance
• Customer service expertise with ability to handle customer concerns
• High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative

Base salary: $85,500 - $101,000/year + commission ($10,000-$15,000)
