As a Retail Associate within Aritzia's boutiques, you'll be part of the team responsible for extraordinary client experiences and maximizing sales opportunities.

What you'll do

• Boutique Associate — support the Service Counter and Atelier teams; curate the merchandise assortment.
• Style Advisor — sell clothes and earn client confidence through styling expertise; build personalized client connections.
• Service Advisor — welcome clients, match them with product, and process transactions.
• Inventory Associate — process incoming/outgoing shipments and strategically place product.
• Merchandiser — process shipments, place product on the sales floor, validate product display standards.
