About the Role
EquipmentShare is hiring a Rental Coordinator at our Canoga Park, CA rental facility. You'll guide customers through the rental process using our proprietary T3 technology platform.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM | Overtime pay after 40 hours
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the rental process
- Build and expand relationships with contractors and construction companies
- Maintain existing customer relationships; ensure 100% satisfaction
- Resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly
- Develop sales strategies to grow market share
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Customer-relationship focused; great listener
- Adaptable to a fast-paced, growing company
- High school diploma or equivalent
Pay
$19.50–$30.00/hr (based on experience)
