Relationship Banker I

About the Role

Relationship Bankers at U.S. Bank build and foster client relationships through proactive outreach, assessing banking needs, and recommending the right deposit and loan products. You'll engage customers in-person, by appointment, and virtually with a digital-first mindset.

What You'll Do

• Build and foster client relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up
• Identify solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs
• Open new consumer and business accounts; complete service requests and submit credit applications
• Educate clients on available products, services, and digital/self-service tools
• Provide consistent, optimal client experience including processing basic transactions

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Less than four years of retail banking experience or equivalent combination of experience and training
• Proven customer service and interpersonal skills
• Experience with digital products and self-service technologies
• Experience in financial services preferred
• NMLS registration required under S.A.F.E. Act of 2008

Pay & Benefits

• $23.19–$28.35/hr
