Receiving Support Associate

About the Role

As a Receiving Support Associate at Bloomingdale's Glendale, you execute merchandise receiving, logistics, and fulfillment functions. You handle new receipt processing, order fulfillment, and related logistics tasks with speed and attention to detail.

What You'll Do

• Support new receipt processing according to company standards
• Search and pick merchandise from the selling floor and stock rooms for all fulfillment types
• Pack merchandise so every customer receives their package in excellent condition
• Participate in RTVs, CDTs, price changes, damages/salvages, and job outs
• Greet and welcome customers while on the selling floor
• Support store during big-day events

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate with diverse groups
• Self-starter; works well independently and as part of a team
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
• Frequently lift/move up to 50 lbs; prolonged periods of standing/walking
