What You'll Do

• Serve as a technical resource to students, employees, and the public; respond to complex inquiries; refer students to appropriate resources
• Plan, coordinate, and conduct student orientations, workshops, and outreach activities
• Advise and guide students on program requirements; screen for complex eligibility requirements; award funds or services
• Monitor ongoing student eligibility; verify enrollment, academic progress, work authorizations, and visa status
• Administer student career assessments for educational and career planning guidance
• Process invoices, submit reimbursement requests, prepare purchasing documents
• Compile and report data for state and federal authorities; maintain confidential student records

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent
• 3 years of clerical or office administrative experience assisting students, including 2 years providing technical support in an academic setting

Pay

$32.06/hr
